PRICING GUIDELINE

My prices vary according to breed and the work needed for that particular visit. Our prices will be adjusted for dogs with matted and poor coats as well as for dogs that are difficult to handle. Please understand that quality grooming is difficult on dogs with poor coats or poor attitudes and take more time for completion. Please call for my pricing guidelines and after answering a few questions about your pet I can then give you a price.

Policies For Keeping Appointments

So that I may keep my prices as low as possible, I ask that you adhere to these strict policies.

1.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please be kind enough to call and let me know. If you are more than half hour late, I may have to refuse to groom your pet that day if my schedule is very tight.

2.  If you fail to show without giving me a call to cancel beforehand, it will be listed as a “NO SHOW”.  After an accumulation of 2 “NO SHOWS”, an additional $15 charge will be added to your pets next groom.

Please understand that when you don’t show up, I not only lose income, I still have to pay my help and I lose the opportunity to schedule another customer’s pet that may be in dire need of grooming.

I understand that emergencies do arise and even the best planned schedules can be disrupted by unforeseen events. I do feel that when something happens to prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment, a quick phone call to me isn’t asking too much.  I am  always kind and loving to your pets and show respect to all my customers; I expect the same in return. I would much rather take the time to pamper your pets with lots of TLC than to be enforcing policies. I am running a business like any other and therefore, I must make these policies available to all my customers. I thank you in advance for observing these policies.
